Don't you think what is the purpose of some tools on your browser ? The proxy specifically which configure the proxy? Actually, proxy is an intermediary to make a request or finding some resources from the other server and through proxy there can be a barrier on your network and the website you visited.
Here is the following steps to start with:
Find the Tools tab in Mozilla Firefox.
Click Option and find Advance tab.
Choose Network tab then click settings.
Choose the "Manual Proxy Configuration" button.
Put "mattwpbs.com" to the http proxy and "80" to the port.(Note: Please remove the quotation mark)
Check the box which indicated as "Use this proxy server for all protocols".
And now save the settings by clicking OK.
